First time visit was EXCELLENT. Reception was very good. Rob Ogloff was the Physio and he was great. Very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Tested my flexibility, wrist injury, gave me exercises to do. Everything when smoothly and timely, don't know if it could have been any better. Highly Recommend.
