Mike Gauthier RMT has been a phenomenal help for all three of my boys throughout their athletics (hockey, running, baseball, skiing) and for myself with both sports injuries and just life as a mom.

NS Sports Medicine provided exercises and guidance with a torn rotary cuff. I am planning on returning for some work on my back. The massage on my iliac crest muscles gave me some relief and will have a couple more.
I got an appointment in a timely manner. My phsio was thorough and listen to my descriptions , repeating or paraphrasing them to make sure she understood what I was saying. She gave me some excellent ideas of how I can help myself and encouraged me to keep moving forward.
