Yesterday ( Monday Sept 14) I came for a full hour physiotherapy with Mike Gauthier. He is a an excellent physio. He targets the critical areas (lower back, neck area) and applies pretty impressive pressure - sometimes a tad painful, but no pain, no gain. He is a great gift to our North Shore health community and I really recommend Mike. If you want results I recommend Mike Gauthier.
Jason explained everything very clearly and made sure I knew the exercises he showed me.
Steven O. has been taking care of me for a few years now and always provides a top quality massage session and helps me get back to activities in a quick manner. Highly recommend Steven O!
EXCELLENT SESSION....THANK YOU...
