One star only because the hours on Google show open Saturday till 1230. Drove all the way in to find it closed. Please post proper hours
Brought my boat here to get it diagnosed. Unfortunately it's going to boat heaven but the service from Scott and the nice girl who's name I didn't get at the service department, the friendly dog and Darwin the mechanic was excellent. I had some questions and they were all answered to the point I was satisfied with everything. They are honest and very friendly. I highly recommend.
I have to say dealing with Nic at North Shore. Powersports was a pleasure to be. I live in Thunder Bay and dealing with the skidoo dealer here is brutal. I would highly recommend anybody who needs a snowmobile to come shop here. It's worth the ride 😀 Well we did again contacted Nic once again and purchased this beautiful Outlander for my in-laws. This review is for truck drivers. This location accepts deliveries from 7:30 AM to 5 PM. If you arrive here at night, you can easily stay at the nearby truck stops. There are two truck stops just 5 minutes away, Flying J and BVD. The staff were very professional, friendly, and respectful. The unloader was very helpful and handled everything professionally. Overall, it was a very smooth and positive experience.
