Great service
Bought a used 2019 Canam Renegade from them as a trade in, and it was totally messed. 4 weeks after owning the Renegade and only taking it out a handful of times for easy riding, it started having multiple technical problems. I ended up having to sell it and cut my loses as it was junk, now the new owner says the same. Junk. They say never buy used, i know. But.. Ive bought used before, never had a situation where the bike was junk, fresh out of the dealer. Not a happy camper, or customer.
My husband and I purchased a side by side and from the first contact with Nick to sitting down and going over our options with Brad were amazing. Brad went above and beyond with helping us pick out the right machine and add on’s to fit our families needs. Brad was extremely friendly and knowledgeable during the entire process! Thank you to everyone at northshore for their amazing and friendly customer service.
