Had a blue slip here on my MG B. Brad was accommodating and thorough. It was a straightforward and hassle-free process.
Dishonest and incompetent is how I would describe Brad. You leave his garage with more problems than when you enter. I took my car in to have the clutch replaced, and after picking it up, I had to take it back after 3 days. The issue was the master and slave cylinders, to which he said “They were definitely old and needed to be replaced.” This was interesting because both cylinders were new, which I had replaced 14 months prior, and were working perfectly fine before he changed the clutch.
