August, 2018, I had surgery and did my rehabilitation at Life Care Center of the North Shore. The care they provided was unique and fun. I was never taken care of by grumpy personnel. They provided plenty of activities for all ages and that was pretty cool. PT and OT personnel were tough and pushed me as far as I could go. They didn't consider me a "waste" of time and effort when I couldn't meet their expectations. We tried again the next day! They treated me care and consideration which I found refreshing. Nice place, not that far from my old home .
Very strange and disorganized place. If you see a doctor there, don't be surprised if you will never be able to see him again ... or if you are not properly informed about your further appointments and treatment ... or if you are treated rudely all of a sudden by one of the therapist ... or if they forget to send some information to the insurance ... etc. But MOST IMPORTANTLY: they DO NOT provide good treatment, their therapists just don't have knowledge or experience for that.
