this company is horrible , no one ever answers the phone ,they keep sending txts about a bill of 13.89 that was paid on november 5th 2024 and cashed by them on november 16th 2024 , and still getting texts that i still owe them 13.89 just sent them a letter that i am reporting them to the better business bureau !!!
I think this place is running scams, or someone is using their name to run a scam. I've never been there but I got a collections text from them. They don't even appear to have a website.
Horrible place. Can't get them on the phone. sent them copies of my Medicare card and they just keep sending me bills. Should be covered 100%
Suspect this is a shell for an off shore radiological service used by Winchester Hospital. Their business model is to send a full bill for their service to the patient, without submitting to insurance. it's completely dicey. Insurance pays Winchester hospital $4000 and then these scammers start texting you. Good luck trying to speak with their representative. Honestly, this scam needs to be brought to the attention of the State Attorney General.
My experience has been awful, similar to other people I received a bill nearly a year ago for $11.13 I paid it and I kept getting billed for it, now I just got billed another $316 for what I don’t know? Their primary phone number is no longer in service. I’m beginning to wonder if this is a scam because my insurance pays everything I never get bills I’m concerned and very angry..
