North Shore Psychotherapy Associates and Geniie Rodriguez have been very helpful partnering together. Geniie is exceptional. She walked through matters in detail, provided follow-ups and circle back on open questions. I would welcome the opportunity to work and partner with Geniie in the future, as I am confident we would not have resolved some of our very pressing items if it had not been for Geniie and North Shore’s proactive support. Thank you!
The insurances listed on their website aren’t what they are accepting.
The therapist was decent however he told me a specific price for services only for me to receive a bill later saying I owed money. I tried to get the extra payment taken away, but the customer service refused. I'd recommend getting something in writing with the price before starting therapy.
Only had to see this Doc for a short visit, but her scheduling agency neglected to call me early enough to avoid the long drive to her office. Additionally, her office was not willing to adjust her schedule due to their own error. Potentially she or her scheduling staff are not Veteran friendly.
I would never, ever recommend this place. There staff overlooked a serious strangulation case. I am now working with Casey Gwinn and the Sojourner Family Peace Center to try and undo the damage this place has created for me and my little girl. Please this group has done so much so much damage to my life...,
