Stay away! Not helpful at all. The owner talks to you like your some kind of liar. Never will I do business with them again!!
RecommendedAfter recently opening our pool, we have needed to repair/replace a part or two. On two occasions, the owner & manager each showed up to complete the job, after hours. On a third occasion the owner's son arrived to replace a part on his day off! Cannot ask for better service than this. Hats off to all. Thank you!
I purchased a hot tub back in 2015 from a North Shore Pool and Spa and it was the best decision I made! Chris and his team were excellent and went above and beyond to make sure I was told about each and every option for the hot tub! Now, almost 3 years later I still call with questions or ask about accessories and warranties and the team is so willing to help! A++++ service and quality! Thank you!!!

North Shore Pool & Spa is great! Odd that North Shore did not do a single service call in Arlington for anyone named Kristen or with the last initial M during 2009 so I can't imopagine what she is commenting upon
