Don’t provide professional quality. Brand boiler installed around 18 months ago, still not working. Just after the installation we got gas leak, they came to fix it. Result is that we called FortisBC and they fixed it. They don’t give you a good result but ask for the money every time they come.
took 3 days to get a phone call back. they only return calls in the morning if you happen to miss a early morning call you then need to wait to the next day to get a phone call back. best part is the office then simply states "if you don't like it maybe go somewhere else" :) then hangs up
I suspect there are mostly fake reviews that reception is putting on here. No other plumbing company has this many and not even close. We have never been blamed and lied to before this much on all fronts from master plumber to newer plumber to reception for a simple toilet install ever.
Not sure if it’s new ownership but workmanship and customer service has gone way down recently. Overcharged for recent work done to heating system. Definitely will not be using them again. Will be finding an alternative plumbing and heating in the future.
Hi, First of all like to mention that Josh, the technician was an extremely helpful gentlemen. Unfortunately the repair started leaking again so I called the office. And the “KAREN” I spoke to was so to speak a handful. The most rude and unprofessional receptionist I ever spoke to. Please guys make sure your customer service gets up to par and don’t act like this. Maybe send “Karen” for a nice massage so she can get her… together
