Very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Simpson. After being a patient of Dr Fagan for over five years, I was reassigned to Dr. Simpson. My yearly physical was canceled, and instead of being rescheduled with the doctor I originally booked with, I was scheduled with a nurse practitioner. I then made two additional appointments, both of which were canceled at the last minute. My family has been going to this place for over a decade. Wonderful family doctors, great care. I see many negative reviews related to appointments scheduling but we need to understand that it is the Healthcare problem not this particular practice issue.
After being a patient here for more than 10 years, and at 71 years old, I received a letter stating my PCP was leaving the practice and a phone number for a referral line. No other doctors at this location are picking up these patients and my choices were to go to Lynn (over 30 minutes away) or Rowley (45 minutes away). This is very distressing, unprofessional and plainly unacceptable.
