Just because practices like North Shore Physicians Group hide under the umbrella of the Mass General Brigham network does not mean you will receive the respect or care the MGBH brand conveys via reputation. Unfortunately, my experience with practice has not been positive in recent years. My physician, who was excellent, retired a few years ago. I was assigned a new physician and my appointments were brief, and not in any way comprehensive. This physician retired as well and I was once again assigned a new physician. I arrived for my annual physical and was led to exam room, where I waited for over a half hour, and was not attended to, so I left. Nobody followed up with me. Terrible customer service. Did not explain anything that was happening with my physician only that he was gone. Then I was told I needed to find a new Doctor.
