My daughter just left there this place is a joke you call yourself doctors with no compassion
I have been a patient at this practice since I was a child. Dr Patel is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The nurses are very efficient and kind. And the front desk staff are awesome. If you are looking for a good practice look no further than them!
I’m giving the North Shore Physicians Group in Saugus Massachusetts a 1 STAR RATING because of the air quality/air conditioning and the woman who called out my name and took my weight and measurements was grouchy and rude. I had my appointment TODAY 8/8/2025 and the air conditioner was not on at all. I was literally sweating waiting to be seen and during my exam, the nurse practitioner REBECCA DELANDE did her job the greatest and best that she could do while there was NO AIR CONDITIONING. Terrible experience as a patient here over the last 3 years. The office staff is helpful, but Dr. Selvanaayagam is useless. I have asked the past 2 years to run other labs since some levels are high or not ideal and yet she never agrees to test other labs that may give more information. This past year not only did she not want to run the labs, but just having the convo caused me to pay a $20 copay because she billed it as an additional conversation. In January of 2024 I got new health insurance. I scheduled my initial visit with my new PCP at this branch. The soonest they could see me was 8 months out. That was fine until my sister, who is a Physician, said I should look into my migraine and asthma issues. When I called North Shore Physicians they said even though they are my PCP they hadn't seen me yet and do not regard me as a patient and will not see me any sooner than 6-7 months. What a joke.
