Failed to schedule many appointments for us, never followed up and later found out we missed tons of check ups that we were supposed to be having. It was our first time having a baby so we thought everything was normal, until we realized they should have been doing much more. We went elsewhere for second pregnancy and it has been 100X better communication and experience.
This facility is a scam. My wife had a delivery in October 2025 with a young and inexperienced obgyn with an attitude who had my wife to have a D&C surgery 4 days after delivery. We also responsible for D&C surgery cost which I don’t know why. I guess we have to pay out of pocket for everything they did wrong to us. My friends warn us about going to Salem hospital but we didn’t listen but I swear to stay away from this whole facility from now on. My wife is still not recovering yet though.
