Dr.Allard and NP Bird have been a big help. They listen and have good bedside manor.
They have awesome doctors
I am appalled at the level of customer service I received from this provider network. I scheduled a new patient appointment 5 months ago for 10/3/2024. I received a call today from the office today, 9/13/2024, two weeks prior to the appointment informing me that the doctor was overbooked for the day and they would have to reschedule. The next available date is July 2025. No accommodations, no trying to squeeze me in, no trying to put me on waitlist.
