I wish I knew who I spoke with; but I was tirelessly and hopelessly trying to figure out how I would get my current medication refilled after a tricky switch in providers; it was an urgent situation and my previous provider location was no help, I was unable to speak with management, promised calls back that were never received, unable to get any advice on what steps to take — my voice was not heard. I was calling them for almost an hour and every time they were going to answer they just hang up. It is impossible to call them however I really need to find a primary care physician. Seems to me that people who work there do not respect their patients.
I have been a patient of Dr Maharaj since August 2018 and basically she did not take my case seriously and I felt as though I was not being cared for properly by her and when we called them to speak with Dr Maharaj, the person who spoke with me was not kind at all and not professional. I switched to another doctor who will carefully take my case seriously. I will not recommend North Shore Physicians Group in Peabody to anyone who needs immediate care and attention. Dr. Maharaj does not care about my care and case.
