Arrived within the 15 minute late window even after calling to advise we were running a few minutes late and was still refused care - office staff acted incompetent - doctor essentially turned away caring for a patient - highly disappointed after being a patient for many years
Over 20 years a patient there and they dropped me. Place has gone down hill big time. They don’t make it easy to get your medical records either
Very unhappy with this practice. I was with them for 5 years. The primary care physician was okay, not great. He leaves suddenly, they decline to book my next annual physical, and then I got a call 6 months later to say they were dropping me altogether. No help for finding a new PCP.
Stay away. Blood levels abnormal for years with no notification. Dr states he “ is happy with his care” missing acknowledgement has most likleh led to conditions I am dealing with at 35! Will be getting a legal team invovled. Disgusting stay away!
