I am so happy and relieved that I found this practice and Dr Kaur. The most thorough physical I have ever had as well as follow up from her and her team. They have addressed my issues and been so proactive that I feel safe, heard and was treated with respect and kindness.
My daughter just left there this place is a joke you call yourself doctors with no compassion
I have been a patient at this practice since I was a child. Dr Patel is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The nurses are very efficient and kind. And the front desk staff are awesome. If you are looking for a good practice look no further than them!
I’m giving the North Shore Physicians Group in Saugus Massachusetts a 1 STAR RATING because of the air quality/air conditioning and the woman who called out my name and took my weight and measurements was grouchy and rude. I had my appointment TODAY 8/8/2025 and the air conditioner was not on at all. I was literally sweating waiting to be seen and during my exam, the nurse practitioner REBECCA DELANDE did her job the greatest and best that she could do while there was NO AIR CONDITIONING.
