Very happy with the service I received today from Dr. Kingston my Urologist he is very reliable friendly and professional. Also thank Grace who did my ultrasound who was friendly and professional and thanks to William and Dan in the reception area who were professional and kind. Adam Puchalski, MD who I scheduled a consult with back in May and the first available was august 22,2024. I scheduled this appointment at the recommendation of a team of Md's at MGH Boston. he said he didn't see the need to meet with me 2 days before the visit. when I said I had many questions he had his staff reschedule my appointment for a different time and location with an NP without even asking/calling me.
