Fantastic family owned business! Doug helped me get my computer back up and running in no time at all. He was able to figure out why my laptop was suddenly crapping out, and even had the needed replacement part on hand! Even the "geniuses" at the Apple store couldn't figure it out, but he knew right away. While he was working on my computer, we chatted a bit and I discovered that he also does computer recycling to donate to schools or to people in need - how amazing is that?! Cannot recommend enough!
