Dr Kate Hale is professional, emphatic and passionate about children's wellbeing. We have felt supported and respected by Dr Kate and she has helped us navigate complex issues with my daughter whom has improved under her care.
Unfortunately I have to agree with other reviews. As a first time mum I felt incredibly let down by Dr Hale. I would not recommend.
My daughter was born just over five years ago and I feel traumatised having to think back to write this review of Kate Hale. She was dismissive, as others have written. She was condescending. She held my newborn baby like a specimen as she poked and prodded at her fragile body while my poor daughter was screaming in discomfort. Kate was assigned to us by the hospital and we left traumatised and this was not our first child.
Do not recommend!
Dr Hale is just the right balance of welcoming and direct with her high wealth of knowledge and natural way to make you feel at ease. Thank you Doc!
