My daughter was born just over five years ago and I feel traumatised having to think back to write this review of Kate Hale. She was dismissive, as others have written. She was condescending. She held my newborn baby like a specimen as she poked and prodded at her fragile body while my poor daughter was screaming in discomfort. Kate was assigned to us by the hospital and we left traumatised and this was not our first child.
Do not recommend!
Dr Hale is just the right balance of welcoming and direct with her high wealth of knowledge and natural way to make you feel at ease. Thank you Doc!
Tried to book my son in as a new patient and was told there wouldn't be anything open for a month. Terrible service.
Dr Hale has been our son's Paediatrician since birth now aged 9 years old. Dr Hale has been compassionate and caring and always listened to our concerns. Dr Hale has helped us navigate complex and challenging health issues. Dr Hale relates well to our son and has been kind towards him. I am very appreciative of the high level of care our son has received.
