I am very disappointed with my recent service experience. My Mustang is just over three years old and remains under manufacturer warranty. Very good service department who tries hard to please.
Customer service at North Shore Ford Service has been consistently poor. Interactions with the service manager (M) and Receptionist (Y) were repeatedly rude, condescending and patronising. It was much better when I was looked after by John. Now that my capped-price servicing has ended, I’ve moved to another service centre, and couldn’t be happier. Based on my experience here, I will avoid returning and will not consider Ford when purchasing my next vehicle.
Fantastic service. Excellent booking system and day before reminders, clear communication during the service over the course of the day and straightforward advice - didn’t feel like I was being pressured. Michael was particularly helpful. Great experience, Would highly recommend!
