First time with a Ford, this service centre is great, I received pics of the undercarriage and brake pads with a description of wear. I came from BMW previously and only would great text messages with upsells. Glad to have made the move.
Service department is great. They understand our business model and always willing to assist. The whole team is a pelasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
If I could I want ti give zero star. Staffs are very rude! I have been going there many years. I waited one hour after finished service because they didn’t say anything my car was ready to pick up. I asked check and fix rear window but I didn’t report. I went back there to check something and they said I had to pay him if I spend his time. I need to improve staff training. I don’t recommend this service center at all
Booked my car in because it had an engine warning light, wasn't driving well and needed a service. They did the service first without checking the major faults. They even tried to upsell me on cleaning something in the engine. Then they call and tell me the transmission, heater and coolant pump all need replacing and will cost up to $9000. That is more than the car is worth - its worthless. So why did they do the service first?? It makes no sense. Still had to pay $550 a service there was no point doing.
