In all my years of owning new cars and dealing with manufacturer service centres there is no one that comes close to the level of service that North Shore Ford provide. John and his team are outstanding. They really do make you feel like you are important in the communication is on point.
What can I say? The service I got from George, Yvonne, and the crew at North Shore Ford was awesome. I got the fuses that I needed extremely fast, I will recommend North Shore Ford to anyone who wants to experience the great service that I experienced.
The best service! Nothing is ever a problem. Stopped in today with an issue and they had a quick fix without charge on the spot.
I've had my last few services done here and it's always been a great experience. Michael has been fantastic, super friendly and helpful from the moment I drop the car off. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and makes the whole process easy. Excellent service every time!
