Wow wow and an extra wow. We are world travelers and the worst case scenario happened: Our son needed a teeth extraction. BUT… We are still excited about the experience and how good a team can give a kid a positive feeling although it was a tough time for him. The entire team from reception till doctors and support team did an excellent job. Our family has had the best experience with NSPD. Dr Dhanpal and his team have been incredible with our kids, making them feel safe, included and happy throughout the process. Dr Dhanpal is magic. As a parent Ive found that he is very thoughtful in the whole experience, he is thorough and also efficient, provides detailed information all without the kids getting restless!
Dr Dhanpal is absolutely amazing, my 8 year old daughter gets anxiety about anything medical and he had her relaxed and laughing within minutes and through the entire process. Dr Dhanpal made it such a simply and easy process to do all her dental treatment under General anesthetic (explained everything so well and we felt really comfortable and happy.)
