I love Dr Rubin but front desk not so much I send consent for my medical Release from the Hospital back in November and it's almost August and they still don't have it, are you kidding me. I call the Hospital they said they haven't received any fax, what ? But Dr Rubin Joyce is always smiling, kind and understanding and listen to problem I may have. Staffs are not cooperative they don't pick up the phone if they do they give attuitude " Well we don't have it we did Fax... really....
