Doctor and nursing staff are great. The front receptionist Karen makes it known she dislikes her profession or is having a badday by speaking down to clients, while glaring over the top rim of her glasses at them.
Scheduled with my NS PCP for a foot injury but they couldn’t see me for 1.5 weeks so they called me and told me to go here. They also gave me a direct number so I called to ask about wait times. Apparently, the direct line gets rerouted because the person who answered couldn’t tell me any info about wait times. So I drive 30 min and see a giant poster stating no walk ins accepted today (this was at 2pm on a Friday).
