We are very pleased with the care our daughter received at North Shore Orthodontics. Dr. Yeung was amazing. We came from the UK, my son had a wire that snapped. Got an appointment the same day. It was a quick job but to our surprise, Dr. Yeung said it was on the house! Can't get much better than this level of service!
We had a very good experience during our orthodontic consultation. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Angel, the assistant, was very knowledgeable and kind. The orthodontist, Silas, examined my daughter’s teeth carefully and explained everything clearly. I also really appreciated his honest approach. Dr. Millar and all of the staff are awesome! They genuinely care about their patients and always go above and beyond to help. We recently moved away and had an emergency with a broken bracket. They were able to fit us in the very next day. The whole team is friendly, professional, and accommodating. We’ve had a great experience with their office and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist!
We have had both of our kids orthodontics done at North Shore and had amazing results. They were incredible wth their assessments and results, and the customer service was great!! So glad we chose them for this service.
