Dr Matt is absolutely awesome with my daughter
Matthew is the opposite of what I was looking for in an orthodontist. I found him to be uncompassionate, rude and condescending. After 4 years seeing another orthodontist who has since left the clinic, I have unfortunately felt poorly treated by Matthew. My one star is for the lovely reception staff and Beth the hygienist who is also lovely.
Our thanks to Peter, Matthew and their staff for their care and attention to our 9 year old son. Despite his trepidation, they made him feel at ease. We were referred by a close friend and are particularly grateful for their understanding and patience for us as we travelled to his appointments from Canberra. 🙏
