North Shore Orthodontics is the best! Dr. Malouf and his staff are always so friendly and helpful. My friend Jen recommended that we go here for my son’s braces and I am so happy we did. It is easy to make appointments and I really like how there is a Beverly office as well as a Peabody one too. They make you feel so welcome there. Absolutely fabulous experience at North Shore Orthodontics - both with Dr. Gough as a kid, and now with Dr. Malouf & team for a short round of Invisalign. For context, I've worn my metal retainers for the past 20+ years, but I never got new ones. Over the past few years, my teeth were moving slightly within the old retainers. There's nothing else to say beside I'm so glad I pick North Shore Orthodontics for my Invisalign treatment! After 1.5 years, I finally finished with my journey of getting my bites fix! I had amazing experience with Dr. Malouf and the staff! very professional, nice, always on time, and provide great patient care. Also, the office was able to provide me early appointments every time and so it didn't affect my work schedule at all! Overall, I highly recommend North Shore Orthodontist :)
I truly could not have asked for better care. It was a pleasure to receive care from North Shore Orthodontics. Dr. Malouf is respectful, professional, sympathetic, competent, approachable, and kind. Additionally, I love the staff. They are agreeable, respectful, accommodating, welcoming, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone considering Orthodontic treatment.
