When I started I was with North Shore Oil and I loved them. After Mirabito bought them it was a different experience. The drivers were very nice, but it was so difficult to get ahold of someone at the office who could help. I finally gave up trying. I just had the tanks hauled away and those men were rather rude. I suppose they are used to dealing with people who are not happy to have their tanks removed, but I was friendly and courteous so there was no reason for their burliness. After getting my tank filled, I was made aware that the tank whistle was broken and the letter they sent me stated I could go into their local office to purchase the parts I needed. I drove 30 minutes to the closest office but they didn’t have all the parts I needed. I was told to come back the next day (Friday) to get the rest of the parts.
