Always fast friendly service
I will continue to go to North Shore Nissan for service. They take your car on time and explain every thing they fixed. So far this is the very best service I ever received.
There was a bit of a mix up in the beginning, since the man I schuled with on the phone DID NOT put me on the schedule for the sensor repair. We were travelling and staying in Danvers when the problem occurred. When I went over on Thursday morning to leave my car, they didn’t know who I was or why I was there. But I must say the young lady at the service desk, I cannot remember her name, other than it started with a T, was wonderful!She worked me in, but had to be ordered. Service department could not tell me whether repair would be covered under warranty before they complete repair. Service manager told me repair might cost me $510.00! Truck has less than 3,000 miles on it! Truck has a manufacturer's defect caused by shotty assembly! Response to owner: Actually, anyone with half a brain could diagnose the issue is warranty-related WITHOUT disassembling a thing!
