I love this community I have lived here seven years. My kids grew up here and go to school. Here we’re minutes from the lake. We have a peaceful community and some of the people own their houses here . And several are being re-built from the ground up. I have a great respect and appreciation for the Chadwick’s
Do not rent anything there you find on the housing list in Monterey county housing. The mobile home they gave me and my kids had no functioning gas. Owned by people who are definitely willing to throw your kids under the bus to benefit their own. Let's not to mention the other creepy drama that you get sucked into from the rest of people in town.
