I love this community I have lived here seven years. My kids grew up here and go to school. Here we’re minutes from the lake. We have a peaceful community and some of the people own their houses here . And several are being re-built from the ground up. I have a great respect and appreciation for the Chadwick’s
Do not rent anything there you find on the housing list in Monterey county housing. The mobile home they gave me and my kids had no functioning gas. Owned by people who are definitely willing to throw your kids under the bus to benefit their own. Let's not to mention the other creepy drama that you get sucked into from the rest of people in town.
The lake has water
If you don’t mind having to drive to take care of business and grocery shop, like the solitude and peacefulness of nature, then you’ll like it out here. The nearest store is 20 miles and nearest grocery shopping town is 30 miles. Luckily and conveniently located, the Pleyto gas station is open again. This place is located between king city and Paso Robles off of Jolon road, not far from Lake San Antonio.
