I recently visited your service center for an oil change. When I purchased my car, I was informed that a free interior and exterior car wash would be provided during service and at other times as well. However, this time the car wash was not done properly. At first, my car was only serviced with the oil change and not cleaned at all. After I complained, the wash was done, but unfortunately it was very unsatisfactory and seemed rushed, as if it was done just to get it over with. Purchasing a car doesn't have to be a stressful situation and the team over at North Shore Mitsubishi were fantastic! Props to Riley Danicek - Not once did we feel pressured and he was very transparent throughout the entire process. He's a fantastic guy to deal with in general! I had organized a time to test drive a Mitsubishi Outlander a couple weeks ago. I’m a busy dad of busy boys and allotted time between the family activities to get to this dealership. I arrived and entered the show room and had several sales staff stop, look me over from their desk, and then continue with their conversations without a saying a word to me while I stood there waiting.
