Good overall service
Experience at North Shore Mitsubishi was fantastic. Riley and Parsa were fantastic to work with. Great service and awesome purchasing experience.
I’m very disappointed with the service department at North Shore Mitsubishi. The staff I dealt with were impolite and dismissive, showing little interest in helping resolve the issues with my vehicle. What’s even more frustrating is that they often tried to downplay or ignore problems that had already been diagnosed by another Mitsubishi dealership and by Canadian Tire. With every issue, they kept saying it was “normal in all Outlanders” and that it was just “the nature of this vehicle,” instead of investigating or offering ... read more
