If I could give zero stars I would. The website says open 8 to 4. I called to make sure everything was up and running before heading over. I got there at 8:30 and sat there for an hour. I called multiple times. Was told the van had to get gas and can only get it from a specific place. I get that it needs gas but it should have been filled up beforehand and should be there ready to test at 8am like advertised. This has been the worst experience I have had. Service is so slow, you never see the same techs and I have to go once monthly. Tech are usually on their cell phones. It is never a pleasant experience when I visit this lab. Customer Service is not good.
