We feel its a fake . My niece got tested 10 days back and have not received results yet. When we went at douglasville they gave a number to contact and it was wrong number. We got tested 3 days back and not received results yet and no response when we call them. No stars

I went online and tried to make an appt and it says that they are unable to make the appt online that I need to call the office….. I called the office (not The greatest customer service at all) and was told they do not have access to the appointments and to go online to book 🤷‍♀️…… now I can’t make an appt….. so frustrating!!!!!

I went to obtain my test Saturday 01/01/2021 and I was told I would have the results within three days and I still have not received my results. I have been quarantine away from my family but at this point I am going to go get another test else where as I need to know what my results are this is ridiculous.

We took the test last Tuesday December 28th 2021. And they told us that takes 72 hours for the results, today is January 3rd, 2022 abd they don't have the results yet, I called and the person who answered was very rude and told me they don't know when the results will be ready, he acts like he doesn't care.
