I was told by the lab that they were in network with my insurance, now I’m stuck with over $1000 in unpaid charges. They are a horrible company.
Made an appointment here back in December for a covid 19 test. Made an online appointment for Sunday the 26th, at 8AM. Showed up around 7:50 to an empty parking lot. Called the number on my email and after it ringing for a few minutes, I was able to speak to someone. He said the clinic is closed, and why confused as to why I was able to still make an appointment. My experience has been frustrating it’s been two full days not only was I told 24 hrs than 72 hours all for me to email them an them not have any of my information they asked me to show proof via email which all I was given was a flyer I received an email saying thanks for registering but they have no clue where my kid results are after going back an forth via email I was hit with found your file results has not come in test was taken Saturday morning I’ve sent people to them an some of them are not satisfied an going throug... read more
