I had very satisfying experience especially with the technician named ‘Eliz ‘(if i am not mistaken the name how it spells). She was very welcoming and comforting during whole scan. She took time at last to show images to me and my partner.she also showed the movements of the baby to us. Very Thanks to her.
Technicians are great but front desk is rude and dismissive. Please train your staff on basic customer service quality.
My family and I have had many appointments here- the team is always caring and compassionate! Efficient with paperwork and always responsive. We know we will be taken care of here!
Here on a Saturday at 9:30am, they are supposed to be open according to their sign, but the lights are off and the door is closed. Why am I here? To try to book an appointment. Why didn't I just call to do that? I did, multiple times and staff doesn't answer the phone. North Vancouver needs a proper professional business to do medical imaging. What a joke this place is.
