Great receptionists! You have to take a number when you first walk in because they’re so busy! But their service speaks for itself!! Love this place!
Please fax your requisition forms. Ok, yeah I’ll just pop back to 1993 and get them over to you. No one answers the phone. Pointless. *edit. Only took 3 months for a reply. Faster than calling them. :)
The service at this clinic was extremely poor and frustrating. We arrived at 3:01 PM for walk-in X-rays, and the receptionist told us we were too late, even though the walk-in hours were listed until 3:00 PM. We were just one minute late, and had the receptionist not been speaking with another patient when we entered, we would have been on time. Staff is wonderful and friendly but it's so difficult to make an appointment or generally get through by phone, wait times are insanely long. I've been calling in every day for a week to try and make an appointment but I have to work, I can't stay on hold for more than 20 minutes at a time. They really need to think about implementing an online booking system or at least queue callback.
