The service at this clinic was extremely poor and frustrating. We arrived at 3:01 PM for walk-in X-rays, and the receptionist told us we were too late, even though the walk-in hours were listed until 3:00 PM. We were just one minute late, and had the receptionist not been speaking with another patient when we entered, we would have been on time. Staff is wonderful and friendly but it's so difficult to make an appointment or generally get through by phone, wait times are insanely long. I've been calling in every day for a week to try and make an appointment but I have to work, I can't stay on hold for more than 20 minutes at a time. They really need to think about implementing an online booking system or at least queue callback.
This imaging center provides one of the poorest services ever I have seen. Expect to be placed on hold for hours, with no staff available to answer calls. The automated instructions are long and unhelpful, making it difficult to reach the correct extension. Plan for several hours just to schedule an appointment.
