Danvers Mass General Brigham, Dr. Kevin Grafmiller ENT, Lauren, Cara, Betsy, Lin, Oks et al, are all outstanding professionals. The Staff were so nice, helpful and proficient throughout my surgery. As others have mentioned, the Lab is terrible. This hospital is very close to my house, but I plan on driving further to a new Lab after multiple bad experiences. Really frustrating
Day surgery and the nurses were the best they treated me with respect and made me feel very comfortable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I will go mgh
Isabel and Julianna are amazing technicians in the blood lab --- last week I arrived close to the end of the day due to traffic... they brought me in even though they were closing up. They both treated me with gentleness and kindness. Professional, courteous and sweet --- for someone who stresses about blood work, they were angels.
