They "upcode" (political term for fraud) so they can get out of whatever low reimbursement they get from insurance companies (to say nothing of the fact that they bill the wrong insurance companies (we have Anthem BC/BS, not UnitedHealth) for annual preventive health care visits so that they can get more money. I've already had to submit a complaint against them via the Attorney General's office website.
