The Rusty Lure lodge is very well put together, and situated right on the shoreline. Be aware, there are no linens aside from a fitted sheet on the beds, no spare trash bags, very limited utensils, and no cooking materials aside from a spice rack. The lighting is very dim in the whole lodge, especially the dining/bar area making for a kind of melancholy feel to the whole place. Had a great experience at the Lodge. The interior was beautiful, clean, and was very well put together. The owners sent an itemized list about what was there and what we needed to bring. They told me that bedding was on the bed and when we arrived, only a fitted sheet was on the bed but I was able to find top sheets in the laundry room where they had bins labeled, so don't worry, they provided the necessary bedding for all! We stayed here back on Easter weekend and it was perfect. We had a great time and would definitely go back.
A little slice of heaven! If you need a place to unwind and relax, this is it!! Owners are so nice! Will definitely be back!
