Horrible customer service. Took me almost an hour to make a simple appointment. Spoke to a ton of people there who were unhelpful, Tina, Raphael and Nicole... and supposedly no supervisor there. We need to start to stand up for better service since at the end of the day we are the customer and paying them! If you cannot service us then go out of business!
