I submitted forms from my job to be completed over a month ago and as if today it’s still not completed. I have called, physically returned to the office to pick up the form and each time was given an excuse. I’m trying to reach the CEO, since I’m not getting much help from the supervisor. I don’t know if they lost my forms and I just don’t believe anything they tell me!!! There is gross incompetence at this facility!!
They have the best Dr's and nurses
The person that gives the allergy shots is awful.
Had a terrible experience going there. Went there for a regular checkup, while the doctor I saw was nice, the system just failed miserably. First of all, making an appointment is a pain. The agent that answers the phone had bad attitude. The average wait time to speak to someone is 40 minutes. If you have a question, you can only leave your message with the agent answering your call, and you get a call back from a nurse, and you don't always get the same nurse calling you back, so they have no idea what other nurses have tol... read more
