I had a fabulous experience with this company about four years ago. I have contacted them many, many times in the past few months to have the work they did copied for a new window. Emails and text messages are not replied to and phone calls are not answered. On the rare occasion the lady that seems to be in the office answers either texts or the phone she makes commitments that are not followed through on. North Shore Leadlight did an absolutely fantastic job on repairing the leadlight in front door. The glass glass in poor condition and now it looks as good as it was then the home was built. I would highly recommend them.
