I already posted a significant review of my experience with Justin Werb who engages in unethical conduct which has led to an investigation. But I want to add to my review. There is a problem with organization with this firm. They “accidentally” sent some materials from my anonymized case to Susan P who separated from RP. RP is good friends with my friend LM. I cannot comment on this firm as a whole. One of my friends was represented by Kelly Simington who was trauma informed, highly competent and greatly assisted my friend with her family law matter in an ethical and child focused way. However - my comment is about the conduct of one of their senior lawyers - Justin Werb and I have deep concerns that the firm is tolerating his style of litigation. One of my friends is friends with the wife of one of the partners here and another is friends with another partner - but I can comment on the conduct of one of their senior lawyers - Justin Werb and I have deep concerns that the firm is tolerating his style of litigation. We initially dealt with Pararin Rahmani 9 years ago regarding our Wills and Estate Planning. With the many details that can change as we get older and in one’s family life, we sought her assistance again recently. Pararin was as warm and articulate as the first time we’d met her and took extra time to patiently explain all of the options available to us.
