Extremely disappointing experience at Kia North Shore. I was contacted by a salesperson about a trade-in deal, I won’t disclose his name so I went in to discuss it. He ran through the numbers and then pushed hard for a same-day test drive and same day sign-off. I told him I couldn’t make a decision without my wife, so he insisted on driving us to where she was waiting for her appointment even after I asked twice if this would take too much of his time, and he assured me it was fine.
