I didn’t have a good experience with Kia North Shore. my lease was ending, I was pressured into signing a new contract immediately, being told I could face a penalty if I didn’t. I felt rushed into making a bad decision, and I’m honestly very happy I ultimately didn’t get my next vehicle from them. They MUST educate their staff to be more transparent, patient, and respectful rather than taking advantage of customers who may not have all the knowledge about leasing and contracts.
