Will never go back. I took my car in for a service and wof - the wof failed because of brake pads (which wasn't surprising) and wiper blades (which did surprise me as they were fairly new on my car). The quote to replace the wiper blades was $145 (just for the front wipers), so I said I'll do it myself. I bought new wipers from the repco next door. When I took my car back for the wof recheck, they failed the wof recheck again, because the new wiper blades "cause smearing". This was not true. The wiper blades were perfectly f... read more

We had a fault come up on our forester, popped into Winger the next morning to share a pic of the issue and Jana was so helpful, explained all the possible causes and ensured I could get my car checked asap and kept me informed along the way. Super helpful and great customer service and even better it was a known recall fault and Subaru covered the repair at no charge to us. Thanks Jana
