We used them for years and I forgot we had, but the moment my policy wasn't going to be renewed by Security First, they did communicate the details immediately. I've gone with a different provider, but I do appreciate the years.

I must say that I was a bit surprised at the one star review above. My experience with Northshore insurance group has been excellent. No bumps. I have worked with four different individuals when I needed help. I worked with one of the owners when my sales person was out sick. They have never once given me the impression that they didn’t care or that they were unprofessional. I have received emails as well as snail mail alerting me to anything affecting my insurance. They are truly a solid small business doing a great job.
Negligence that borders on criminal in my opinion. If you enjoy having your insurance broker letting your home owners insurance lapse during hurricane season because they "didn't notice" your mortgage company didn't pay it, and then never call you to give you an update on when it will be paid, then definitely go to North Shore Insurance Group. I will not be using them in the future and cannot recommend staying away from them enough.
