Had them since 2010. Past few years got NO communication from them. Was with Citizens then moved to Southern Oak. Much more expensive. Apparently they joined Honey Quote. Not notified of change. Tried multiple times to contact them. Left multiple messages and NEVER heard back. Apparently they don’t care about their customers! Do not recommend!!!
Avoid if possible. I never had any claims. Can't say anything nice about insurance companies overall, but it's my belief NS insurance co works in cahoots with many third parties to create the insurance crisis in FL. I got caught up in the Citizens Depopulation and was stuck with 2 higher priced options. They wrote me up a policy and included line item I didn't carry and I wanted it removed and I did this before the start date. My communication with North Shore said I would get the line item refund of $217. Received only $56 ... read more

Awesome people, got me a great quote and would definitely recommend!
We used them for years and I forgot we had, but the moment my policy wasn't going to be renewed by Security First, they did communicate the details immediately. I've gone with a different provider, but I do appreciate the years.
