Avoid if possible. I never had any claims. Can't say anything nice about insurance companies overall, but it's my belief NS insurance co works in cahoots with many third parties to create the insurance crisis in FL. I got caught up in the Citizens Depopulation and was stuck with 2 higher priced options. They wrote me up a policy and included line item I didn't carry and I wanted it removed and I did this before the start date.
