Wanted to say thank you to Mike L and the North Shore Honda Service Team. My 2015 Honda Civic needed new brakes. Mike L when speaking to him on the phone was professional on resolving the issue and getting my car fixed in a timely manner.
I had a horrible experience with North Shore Honda’s service department. They presented a strong lack of communication, urgency and quality of work. I was quoted a price for repairs that was excessively an overcharge and it was nothing but a money grab. Super disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for trustworthy and reliable service. Will never be going back! They did the most that they could to try to overcharge me for stuff that i did not need. 0/10.
So no loaner vehicle if I didn’t lease from there so basically I go without car even if I have a Honda lease ! What kinda of policy is this
Will never go for service again . Rude behavior of service advisor. They suggest me to change couple of things . I ask them to give me quote so that I am aware how much it will cost me to change all they ask .The service advisor says he didn’t want to waste his time ..
