Our project was not a large one for Brooke and Matt, but it was huge to us. We purchased a 900 square-foot, 2BR condo, and North Shore did a complete demolition and remodel for us. They did flooring, a brand new kitchen and bathroom, tile work, painting, electrical, plumbing, and several custom carpentry projects, including a large banquette facing the ocean. We had used Northshore for another remodel, so decided to use them again without getting other bids. Since the house was being lived in we asked if care would be taken to protect the furniture, and was given assurances it would be. When we returned to the job site from our home out of state, we found furniture and flooring had not been protected. We went to Home Depot and bought plastic to put over flooring, furniture, door opening...anywhere we needed to in order to keep the construction dust out. Matt has an excellent tile... read more
Matt built us a custom house in 2020 through all the challenges that life threw everyone and still did an amazing job. Would recommend him and his team on a project, they know their stuff and get things done! Hope to see many more of their projects in the county!
