Cleaned our floor-to-ceiling windows inside and out in a short amount of time. I was particularly impressed with the supervisor / junior interaction in which the former appeared to be training the latter while performing excellent and efficient work for our home. They were kind and courteous and obviously care about both their outcomes and their employees. Highly recommend.
Sends unexperienced workers yo do jobs they don't even no how to do
First off, I had used this company's services once before and had an acceptable experience and had intended to use them again. However, I will no longer support this company. They were hired by our neighbour in early November to clean their gutters. Rather than ask permission to use our property for better access to the job, the employee entered without approval and destroyed our gate. I had NSHS come yesterday to clean the gutters and power wash the back of our house. I'm not sure of the workers name but he did an excellent job. I'm very happy with their work and I will certainly be using them next year.
