Our HVAC stopped working and they came out promptly and diagnosed it as a motor failure, which is quite rare. It was still under warranty and they replaced it quickly. Very professional

We've switched to North Shore from our previous contractor. We are glad we did. Many long standing questions got answered. All major components were measured or tested. We feel confident that our SpacePak high velocity hydroponic system is in good hands. North Shore shares our goal of preventing problems. The knowledge base gives us confidence- any problems that do arise will be effectively, efficiently handled. And 4 years later our confidence has increased.
Wanted A/C maintenance in spring. They did furnace maintenance inside! Why would you do that? Charged extra and never returned calls. They pretty much sucked
Very pleased with the service replacing our A/C units. The technicians were professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and cleaned up everything before leaving. Matt and Joe were great, along with a couple others whose names I didn't get. All a pleasure to deal with. They worked hard for 2 full days to get everything up and running correctly and never a complaint or foul word was heard! I highly recommend!
